- 10:00 A.M: NASCA LINES TOWER (VIEWPOINT) From this tower, you’ll be able to spot some of the most iconic figures: the Tree, the Hands, and the Lizard.
- 10:30 A.M: ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT
At María Reiche Neuman Airport, head to the AeroFenix office.
Steps to follow:

The sandboarding is done with artisanal sandboard and is used for going downon your stomach. If you want to stand up, you can rent a professional sandboard for an extra $15 USD. Tell your guide before leaving Lima and reserve your sandboard before 15:00 hrs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
All travelers will be added into a WhatsApp group between 19:00-20:00hrs the evening before the tour. It’s mandatory to be ready and waiting in the main door of your accommodation 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time. If you are not there, the tour guide will make a video and continue with the plan. No exceptions!!

MEALS:
- The Dune Buggy and Sandboarding Tour is considered an adrenaline/extreme experience. You may feel like you’re riding on a rollercoaster while racing through the dunes. Please keep this in mind and for those who prefer a calm ride, you can book a private dune buggy at an additional cost, please let us know in advance. For the kids (no under 1 year) and elders should go in a private buggy so the driver takes care of the speed.
- The sandboarding is done with artisanal sandboard and is used for going down on your stomach. If you want to stand up, you can rent a professional sandboard for an extra $15 USD, tell your guide when leaving from Lima.
- We do not have control over Mother-Nature, most days in Huacachina are beautiful and sunny.
However, it is possible to have cloudy days without sunset. We promise we will stay on the dunes until sunset time is over.
It is an special experience offered by VACATIONS IN PERU only. The picnic is made in the middle the desert and applies for those who do the buggy tour first. Buggy tour is a shared service. If you want a private option, please let us know in advance
- Remember to bring your passport; it is mandatory for the flight, without a passport or identification document, you will not be able to take the flight.
- It is recommended to buy a motion sickness pill and have a light breakfast.
- Due to flight policies and safety, if your weight exceeds the maximum allowed of 100 kg, you must pay for the cost of an additional seat.
- To board the flight, only a passport and a cell phone/camera are allowed.
- For safety reasons, seats will be assigned according to passenger weight.
- The flight has a scheduled time, which may vary depending on the weather.

PRICING:
The prices published on our website and other sales channels do not include the General Sales Tax (IGV). However, foreign tourists who provide their nationality and present their passport will be exempt from this tax, in accordance with current legislation.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled date of the activity to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund. No exceptions.
AVAILABILITY AND CAPACITY:

-Some holidays may involve the temporary closure of specific tourist sites or restricted access to certain areas. VACATIONS IN PERU is not responsible for itinerary changes caused by such events.
-These holidays often have changes in tour schedules and durations: Easter, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Labor Day, July 28, Halloween, Christmas and New Year.
PARTICIPANT’S PHYSICAL CONDITION:
It is each individual’s responsibility to determine whether they are in adequate physical and health condition to participate in the booked activity. VACATIONS IN PERU is not liable for any health issues or pre-existing medical conditions that may affect participation in tours or activities.
INSURANCE:
There is no travel insurance cover included in the price of a Travel Pass and VACATIONS IN PERU recommends that you obtain travel insurance to cover any sickness, injury, or loss that may occur while you are travelling with us.
THIRDS PARTY OPERATIONS:
We inform our tourist clients that the activities offered in the Ballestas Islands, ATV rides in Paracas, Golden Sunset Trekk in Paracas National Reserve, Buggy rides in Huacachina and Nazca Flights are operated by third parties other than VACATIONS IN PERU. Therefore, we assume no responsibility for accidents, inconveniences, or any eventuality that may arise during these activities.
MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE:
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, social unrest, or other unforeseen events, VACATIONS IN PERU reserves the right to modify or cancel scheduled tours or activities. In such cases, customers will be informed as early as possible and offered alternatives or refunds as appropriate.
